Project: Guangying Technology

Introduction: This project was incubated by a team of overseas experts specially recruited by the School of Integrated Circuits and Systems at Zhejiang University. Many team members come from prestigious universities, research institutions, and companies such as Zhejiang University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Hamamatsu, possessing over 10 years of experience in designing image sensor chips and broad-spectrum imaging solutions. Addressing current pain points such as the narrow wavelength range, diverse types, low compatibility among different models, and stringent operating temperature requirements of optical sensors, this project has designed and fabricated silicon-based ultra-broad-spectrum (from X-rays to terahertz) optical sensors based on CMOS technology. These sensors expand the response spectrum range of existing individual devices from "300 nanometers to 3 micrometers" to "X-rays to terahertz". The products can be used for image sensing in drones, quadruped robotic dogs, and biped humanoid robots. The company is committed to designing and producing AI machine vision that surpasses the human eye in functionality, enabling broader acquisition of spectral information from the surrounding environment.
